• To confirm your booking a 50% deposit is required.
• Deposits not received within 10 days, may cause the booking to be cancelled and re-booked.
• The Remaining 50% of accommodation fee is to be paid on arrival.
• Check in time is after 2pm, if you expect to be later than 7pm please contact us to make arrangements. Check out is 11 am unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to arrival will incur an administration charge of 15% of total tariff.
• Cancellations notified 30 days or less prior to arrival, will forfeit the full deposit
• We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any stage due to unforeseen circumstances.

Responsibilities

We want to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible, and we assure you that we will be working hard to do this. However, you will appreciate that to do this, and to also maintain the standard of the property for you and for future guests, we have to have some guidelines. These are based upon accepted industry practice, and normal careful use of the property to avoid damage.

• Guests are reminded that they are responsible for the security of their belongings.
• Please ensure your accommodation is secure when not occupied.
• Guests will be held responsible for breakages, damages and losses incurred during their stay.
• For your own protection and safety when using the wood fire, please exercise special care and ensure that it is left in a safe condition when unattended or when leaving premises.
• Upon vacating the premises, please make sure all heating, electric blankets, appliances and lights are turned OFF and doors and windows secured.
• Our home is a smoke free zone, we request that you smoke only outside, where receptacles are provided.
• We do not allow animals other than horses that have been booked in to our stable or holding yard. (tariff applies)
• For the comfort of other guests we request you not to use the billiard table or washing machine after 9.00pm
• The swimming pool and spa are available for use between 7.30am and 10.00pm
• For your safety and the safety of others the following pool rules apply:
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
• Please ensure that gates are kept closed
• NO diving
• Pushing in
• Jumping
• Bombing
• Splashing
• Dunking
• Running
• And strictly NO glass, food or alcohol to be taken into the pool area

*PLEASE NOTE until 10.30am the kitchen / billiard room is exclusively for the use of the guests booked into the Louis Michel Room unless other arrangements have been made.
